WaterSpa strongly believes in proper & useful training to equip individual staff to always provide quality service for our guests. We are trained internally & externally namely ITEC, UK. >90% of our staff are certified therapists.

Looking to treat your special someone or buying a gift? Gift certificates can be customized with your choice in the form of a specific spa package or a preferred monetary value. Please enquire with our friendly staff.
Spa Etiquette
To enhance the serenity of your spa experience, please put your mobile to silent mode & avoid bringing it along with your spa session. For new guests, we are delighted to offer a tour of the spa where appropriate only. No smoking is allowed.
Voucher Usage
Voucher cannot be used with other discounts, offers, benefits or promotion. It must be presented before commencement of spa service. It can be used before 8pm only. Loss of vouchers cannot be replaced. Not valid for eve & holidays. WaterSpa reserves the final say in all matters.
Health
Guests who have high blood pressure, heart conditions, have had recent surgery or any health concerns are advised to seek medical attention before coming to spa. Please inform us of any allergies or skin condition so that appropriate products can be selected for you.
Valuables
We regret that the management accepts no responsibility for the loss of any spa valuables within the premises. Please refrain from bringing valuables to the spa.
